Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge with a growing house builder? We're seeking a proactive and skilled individual to manage commercial and surveying responsibilities for a site in South Yorkshire.

What you'll do:

• Manage and control site costs, budgets, and valuations.

• Process all subcontractor orders, payments, and variations.

• Prepare essential weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

• Ensure compliance with NHBC requirements and industry regulations.

What you'll bring:

• Proven Quantity Surveying experience in the house building industry.

• HND qualification or higher, plus a valid CSCS card.

• Strong IT skills, including Excel and commercial software.

• Excellent understanding of market conditions and rates.

• Ability to work independently and resolve cost issues.

• Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
