Senior Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning, global Construction & Property Consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, Europe, and Australia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Oxford office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a prime opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead high-value projects across a range of sectors including Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotels, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential.

You'll be joining a growing team of 10 professionals and will play a key role in delivering projects for prestigious clients, managing junior team members and taking lead on client relationships. You'll be given autonomy, support, and the opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-growing team.

The consultancy is known for its progressive, people-focused culture and offers significant scope for continued progression - including a clear path to Associate level and beyond.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or close to achieving
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• A successful track record leading multiple projects from inception to completion
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
• Able to commute to Oxford 3x days a week

The company is happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £55,000 - £65,000 (flexible based on experience)
