Senior Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and respected construction consultancy in Bristol. This practice is known for delivering high-quality residential schemes and has a strong client base including Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and Private Developers.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading the delivery of Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services across a range of new build residential developments. The consultancy has a strong pipeline of local projects, reducing the need for extensive travel and allowing for a good work-life balance.

This is an ideal role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working in a collaborative environment. You will play a key part in mentoring junior staff and helping to drive best practice across the consultancy.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• Proven experience delivering Employer's Agent / Contract Administration or Project Management services for new build housing
• Experience working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, or Private Developers
• A base within Bristol or nearby, with willingness to travel locally for projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
