Senior Quantity Surveyor

A respected and growing cost consultancy, known for its collaborative team culture and strong leadership, is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy Fitzrovia office.

This is an ideal role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to take ownership of their projects, work closely with senior management, and progress towards Associate level in a practice that values its people and offers a genuine family-feel environment.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will deliver full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services across a broad range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Hotel, Healthcare, and Life Sciences - with project values typically up to £40m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage their own workload, lead projects from inception to completion, and play an active role in supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.

The SeniorQuantity Surveyor - Requirements

• MRICS is a MUST
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Comfortable working across multiple projects / sectors
• Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
• Previous experience managing junior surveyors / a desire to manage a team and move into an Associate role long term
