Senior Quantity Surveyor - Route to Associate Director

A dynamic, forward-thinking consultancy with offices nationwide is seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Epping team. This is a genuine route to Associate Director, giving you the chance to lead projects, mentor staff, and play a pivotal role in regional growth.

• Deliver a wide variety of projects across Culture & Heritage, Residential, Life Sciences, Education, Hotels, Retail, and Sport.
• Take ownership from day one, acting in both a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent
• Hybrid working model: 2-3 days per week in the Epping office, remainder from home.
• Work closely with the leadership team while building strong client relationships.
• Become a key part of a consultancy that values collaboration, ambition, and progression.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
