One of the UK's most prestigious Construction & Property Consultancies is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office. Based a short walk from Tottenham Court Road, you'll be at the heart of some of the city's most exciting commercial refurbishment and high-end fit out schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-profile refurb and fit out projects across Central London, typically ranging from £5m to £75m+. Responsibilities include:

• Leading pre and post-contract cost management on multiple concurrent projects
• Acting as the client's trusted advisor, reporting directly to senior stakeholders and developers
• Developing procurement strategies, managing contracts, and overseeing financial reporting
• Driving value engineering and risk management across complex projects
• Mentoring Project and Assistant QSs, shaping the next generation of surveyors
• Playing an active part in business development, with a clear route to Associate level

Projects You'll Work On

• Commercial - premium office refurbishments and fit outs (CAT A & CAT B)
• Repositioning projects - upgrading and transforming assets into Grade A office space
• Design-led schemes - fast-paced, high-value London projects with blue-chip clients

Requirements - Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Construction-related degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
• Ideally MRICS (or working towards)
• UK consultancy background with strong refurb & fit out experience
• Demonstrable ability to lead pre and post-contract delivery on major schemes
• Confident communicator with proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
