The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of high-end residential developments, overseeing projects from inception to completion.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Strong Pre and post contract experience
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects from inception to completion
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy firm
• High-end Residential / luxury project experience
