Senior Quantity Surveyor

An iconic and industry leading Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an articulate Senior Quantity Surveyor, with Associate ambitions, to join their HQ in London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Joining a Quantity Surveying team of 80+, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to, and help deliver, several high profile residential projects across the city.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to provide a high quantity surveying service, pre and post contract, as well as demonstrating a willingness and ability to advise and build relationships with key clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Preferably MRICS, but must have a Quantity Surveying degree
Residential project experience
Previous experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
Comfortable engaging with clientsIn Return?

£65,000 - £75,000
