Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a main contractor’s Senior Quantity Surveyor for the newly appointed Finsbury Square office of a leading, Southern Ireland-headquartered main contractor which will see the successful candidate acting as Commercial Lead on a multi-phase estate regeneration in Guildford.

Reporting directly to the commercial director, it would best suit a confident Surveyor with 5 to 15 years’ post graduate experience with reputable main contractors looking for great career prospects with a thriving firm.

The opportunity;

* Full commercial decision-making responsibility for procurement and agreement of subcontract and client accounts on a £30m town centre development.

* Project-based role in Guildford, Surrey.

Candidate essentials;

* Project experience gained with main contractors on landmark, residential-led, city centre regenerations.

* A stable track record of successfully agreeing substantial subcontract and client accounts including groundworks, RC frames and residential fit-out packages.

With employment commencement anticipated in March, interviews are available from w/c 16th Feb and salary is; £80k to £100k + package + generous annual bonus
