Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? As our Senior Quantity Surveyor you'll be responsible for effective procurement and management of subcontractors, from agreement of terms and conditions, risk attribution and scope through to Final Account. Value and margin maximisation. Producing CVRs, AFP's and Cost Forecasts. You'll monitor staff, material, plant and other resources on site. Administering the bespoke Principal Contract containing, among others, elements of NEC and I Chem E Burgundy Book. Work closely with the operational teams. What you’ll bring Degree in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience Strong commercial awareness and proven success in construction roles Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Are you experienced using CEMAR? Have you gained experience in the Utilities or Civils sector? What’s in it for you?
