They deliver high-quality projects across the education, commercial, and residential sectors, with project values typically ranging from £5 million to £20 million. The company has an excellent reputation in the market, a strong client base, and a secure forward order book, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability and career progression. The Role Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on major projects in Manchester City Centre , with support from their Preston office . This is a great opportunity to join a well-structured commercial team and work on significant projects under JCT and NEC forms of contract.
