The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring robust cost control, risk management, and value delivery. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on one of the largest pipelines of construction projects currently in Scotland , including involvement in the fast-growing and cutting-edge Data Centre market . This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional looking to contribute to technically challenging, future-focused developments.
