Contract Reviews for all new tenders and quotations. Contract reviews prior to project implementation, with operational staff. Liaison with clients regarding commercial aspects of contracts. Ensure valuations and certifications are issued each period by the Quantty Surveyors. Ensure Cost Value Reports are produced for each project. Preparation of monthly commercial reports to the Commercial Manager. Comply with all REL company policies and procedures. Assist in any other aspect of the Company where required. Scale and territory indicators: As, Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be based in the London Area, you will also be expected to be involved in commercial business throughout the UK. Preferred Qualifications BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years experience working for a contractor. Deputy In your absence, the Commercial Manager will deputise.
