Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they're looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that combines the stability of a major contractor with the agility and culture of a growing organisation, offering genuine progression and long-term career development. The Role You'll take commercial responsibility for civil engineering schemes from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. Key Responsibilities * Full commercial management of projects including cost control, forecasting and reporting * Preparation of CVRs and cost-to-complete forecasts * Management and administration of subcontractor packages * Valuations, variations and change management * Contract administration (typically NEC) including Early Warnings and Compensation Events * Liaison with clients and internal stakeholders to drive commercial performance * Supporting junior members of the commercial team where required Requirements * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or utilities * Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts * Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle * Confident in cost reporting and commercial management * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Why Apply? * Great pipeline of long-term infrastructure work * Supportive and collaborative commercial team * Clear progression opportunities within a growing business If you're a Senior QS looking for a role with more autonomy, progression, and exposure to a diverse range of civils projects, this is well worth a conversation.
