The business delivers major education and public-sector projects and has a strong regional presence with a consistent pipeline of work. Current schemes include three live projects in Suffolk , including Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds, with additional coverage across Essex . This position suits candidates living in Cambridge and the surrounding areas who want long-term stability and involvement in major projects. You will be largely site-based , taking commercial lead on £30–40m education schemes .
