In this role, you’ll provide expert commercial and contractual support across the full project lifecycle — from early-stage planning through to final account completion. You’ll play a pivotal role in protecting profitability, managing risk, improving cashflow, and supporting the successful delivery of a diverse range of infrastructure and civil engineering projects. Working closely with operational, commercial, finance, and procurement teams, you’ll ensure projects remain commercially robust, supply chain performance is maximised, and key milestones are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll also take ownership of subcontract procurement and management, while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams to secure the best commercial outcomes. Alongside project delivery, you’ll support the development of junior commercial staff, helping to mentor and guide trainee and assistant Quantity Surveyors across the business.
