Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Emco Talent is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E contractor for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to support major projects in Norfolk and Wales.

We are looking to speak with commercially focused professionals who have experience delivering Mechanical & Electrical (M&E/MEP) projects within sectors such as Data Centres, Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial or Life Sciences.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the M&E/MEP sector.

* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.

* Experience managing subcontractors, valuations, cost reporting and project finances.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
