This is more than just a Quantity Surveying role. Working closely with the Regional Director, you'll take ownership of project delivery from inception through to completion, helping clients manage cost, risk, and procurement while ensuring exceptional project outcomes. What You'll Be Doing As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will: • Lead cost management services on major residential and mixed-use developments • Deliver comprehensive pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying services • Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients • Manage procurement strategies, tendering processes, and contract administration • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, and risk profiles • Drive commercial performance and successful project delivery • Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants • Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development • Contribute to client relationship management, business development, and the continued growth of the business What We're Looking For You'll be a commercially aware and proactive professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results.
