Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading Quantity Surveying construction consultancy is seeking an intelligent Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team in Norwich.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering, pre and post contract, a mixture of projects at different stages of their life cycles, including infrastructure, commercial and private education.

Alongside project delivery, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also support and mentor the less experienced Quantity Surveyors with their APC diary and general, day to day work.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)
At least 5-6 years' Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS consultancy
MRICS would be a plus
Excellent pre and post contract experience
Client facing
Able to manage and deliver projects independentlyIn Return?

£50,000 - £65,000
