Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will take ownership of the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. The role would suit a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with strong contractual knowledge, excellent attention to detail and experience managing costs, procurement and financial risk. Salary & Benefits Salary of £65,000 - £75,000, depending on experience. 25 days' annual leave. Laptop provided. Phone allowance. Discretionary bonus. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of projects from tender through to completion. Procure subcontract packages and manage supplier relationships. Prepare cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections. Manage valuations, variations and final accounts. Identify, assess and manage commercial and contractual risks. Monitor project budgets and maintain financial control throughout delivery. Work closely with Project Managers and site teams to support successful project outcomes. Ensure commercial processes and contractual obligations are managed effectively. Job Requirements Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within high-end residential construction or main contracting. Strong commercial and contractual understanding. Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to final account. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills. A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
