Senior Quantity Surveyor

An expanding, close-knit Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to strengthen its Manchester team by appointing an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in high-end residential projects across the UK.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a growing Cost Management team, supporting the delivery of high-end residential projects for private clients across the UK.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a client-facing role, supporting the delivery of projects across both pre and post contract stages while working closely with clients and the wider project team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally MRICS
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Prime / high-end residential project experience would be preferred
Excellent Pre and Post contract knowledge
Ideally experience with working for private clients
UK PQS / QS Consultancy background and work experience
Commutable to ManchesterIn Return?

£60,000 - £70,000
