Senior Quantity Surveyor - Facade / Re-Cladding

A well-regarded medium-sized contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team after securing multiple high-profile projects.

Package Includes:

• £75,000-£100,000 + Car allowance + Travel expense + Private healthcare + Career progressions

Role Overview:

• Delivering façade and re-cladding projects

• Sites across East London, Central London & Essex

• Leading from concept to handover

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Moving between live sites as needed

Duties Include:

• Pricing & cost planning

• Measurements & take-offs

• Material management & scheduling

• Site visits & coordination

• Commercial reporting & valuations

• Working independently within wider project teams

Ideal Candidate:

• Senior QS with façade/re-cladding experience

• Contractor or sub-contractor background

• Able to manage workload across various sites

• Self-sufficient, organised and commercially astute
