Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar from a Retail / Fit-out / M&E background looking for a specialist role leading a dynamic range of technically challenging projects, and supporting junior team members offering the chance to directly influence the ongoing success of a well-established consultancy who provide a clear progression structure to directorship?

This well-established Consultancy work in numerous sectors, primarily retail and have a presence across the UK with several offices nationwide. They have continually grown in recent years to a point they now have a turnover of over £12m and are looking to grow the team at their Milton Keynes office to keep up with an ever increasing workload.

In this varied role you will work be the go-to person for leading projects from inception through to completion, primarily refurbs and fit outs in the retail sector. You will both take on hands on project work in addition to client facing responsibilities, and mentoring junior team members to assist them in their development. This is a flexible role where you will primarily in office with some hybrid work and site visitation.

This autonomous role would suit a Quantity Surveyor or similar from a Retail / Fit-out / M&E background looking to be the go-to person on specialist projects within a leading company who offer flexible working and a bonus to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Lead projects varying in scope and scale within the Retail sector
• Hands on project work including reviewing, negotiating and updating costs
• Liaison with clients, to ensure on time, within budget delivery
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Flexible and Hybrid working available

The Person:

• Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager or similar
• Retail / Fit out / M&E background
• Full Driving Licence - happy to travel
