A fantastic opportunity to join a respected regional builder delivering both residential and commercial schemes across the South East. With a strong project pipeline, they’re now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with solid residential experience to join their Medway-based team.

The Role:

• Commercial lead on residential-led developments

• Manage procurement and subcontractor packages

• Monitor and control project budgets and performance

• Liaise closely with delivery teams and senior leadership

• Support and mentor junior QS staff
