We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Manager to join a successful consultancy delivering cladding remediation, fire safety, building safety, refurbishment and new-build projects across London.

Key Responsibilities - Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Manager

Lead remediation, refurbishment and new-build projects.
Act as Project Manager, Employer's Agent and Contract Administrator.
Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets and reports.
Lead procurement and tendering processes.
Manage risks, programmes and stakeholder relationships.
Prepare specifications and contract documentation.About You

Senior QS, Project Manager or combined QS/PM experience.
Strong background in building safety, remediation and construction projects.
Excellent commercial, contractual and client management skills.
Experience in cost planning, procurement and contract administration.
