About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Radiographer to join our client’s private hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled radiography professional to take the next step in their career, working in a supportive and patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and image quality.
Supervise and support junior radiographers and students, providing mentorship and clinical guidance.
Collaborate with consultants, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic services.
Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and data protection regulations.
Assist with quality assurance, audits, and continuous service improvements within the radiology department.
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
Participate in rota-based shifts, including occasional weekend or on-call duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a clinical radiography setting.
BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.
HCPC registration
Experience in Mammography, General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, CT or MRI
