Senior Recipe Planning Manager - 12 month FTC

About The Team:

You will join our UK Menu Strategy team, sitting at the heart of our London-based operations to shape what the nation eats for dinner. Your mission is to masterfully balance the unique preferences of our UK customers with local operational reality, ensuring our weekly menus are both crave-worthy and commercially viable. By leveraging local data-driven insights and collaborating across our UK Culinary, Procurement, and Operations teams, you will optimize our recipe portfolio to increase customer satisfaction and retention. This is a high-impact role where your strategic decisions directly influence the dinner tables of millions across the country.

This is a 12 month maternity cover contract.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead the UK menu planning process, balancing customer data, ingredient costs, and operational complexity to deliver a world-class local product.


• Partner closely with our UK Culinary and Procurement teams to ensure the recipe portfolio evolves alongside changing British tastes and seasonal availability.


• Analyse local performance metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for menu innovation specifically for the UK market.


• Drive cross-functional alignment within the UK business to ensure ingredient availability and cost-efficiency without compromising on the quality our customers expect.


• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline recipe planning and local menu operations.


• Act as the subject matter expert on UK menu strategy, providing actionable insights that inform the local product roadmap.

Who You Are:

• A proven track record in product management, menu strategy, or a highly analytical operations role, ideally within the UK food or e-commerce industry.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data sets into clear, strategic recommendations for the UK market.


• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a natural ability to collaborate across different departments in a fast-paced environment.


• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset that thrives when solving problems unique to the UK supply chain and customer base.


• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to tell a compelling story through data and strategy to local leadership.


• A deep interest in the UK food landscape and an understanding of what makes a great recipe for our local customers.

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London 

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 3 days in the office
