Position Summary:
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for supporting the organization’s business objectives in the assigned discipline. This individual should effectively communicate with consultants, qualify job listings, schedule consultant interviews with client managers, and generate consultant assignments from a database of consultants. Responsibilities include: recruiting, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring technical talent to work for Oxford at client sites on a national level.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and interview consultants into the database
Obtain referrals from other consultants, through networking, direct recruiting, using personal contacts and the internet
Call consultants to assess skills, experience, availability and compensation requirements
Obtain marketplace information by getting client manager leads and references
Maintain database integrity by calling candidates on a regular basis
Develop a fill strategy that reflects client needs and fill job openings
Present candidates to client managers and prepare both sides for the interview
Maintain relationships with consultants on assignment through Oxford
Administer corrective action, terminate consultants and consult with corporate departments
Attend training programs to develop recruiting skills
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
1+ years of experience preferred
Strong ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communications skills is a must
Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Proven knowledge of MS Office products
