Major Player’s is hiring, and we are looking for Senior Recruiters with experience in growing your own desk, building relationships with new and existing clients and placing the best candidates to join us. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Identify business opportunities within target clients / sectors Carry out business development activities to drive new business sales Offer recruitment and talent solutions to clients and candidates Cross sell the other brands within Majar Group Source high level candidates within your specific specialism Engage with active and passive candidates Develop a strong personal brand and knowledge within your sector Sound about right?
