We’re looking for someone who is:

• An experienced Account Manager, preferably within the recruitment sector
  
• An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant ready to step into a non-sales, account management role
  
• Ideally familiar with industrial recruitment (though not essential)
  
• A confident communicator with great listening skills and emotional intelligence
  
• Able to build strong relationships and connect with people quickly
  
• Proactive and positive, with a solutions-focused mindset
  
• Self-motivated and eager to grow within a progressive business
  
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  
• Enjoys fast-paced, target-driven environments
  
• Creative, energetic and brings fresh ideas
  
• Organised and capable of planning your own route to success—no micromanagement here!
