They are now looking for a Recruitment Professional who wants to take their career in a pure business development direction — shaping new client relationships, expanding market share and becoming a key commercial voice within a high‑performing team.
 
What you'll be doing:

Leading strategic BD activity across your specialist market.
Opening new client relationships and nurturing long‑term partnerships.
Driving commercial growth across the business' established and emerging sectors.
Working closely with senior leadership to influence business development strategy.
Representing a respected brand with strong delivery capability and national reach across frontline, operational and executive roles.
Building a high‑value portfolio with full autonomy and support. Our client is looking for a recruitment leader who is ambitious and loves the commercial side of recruitment. Someone who wants to be out in the Scottish market, building relationships within the community, networking, spotting opportunities and shaping growth. There's a strong package on offer with base salary of up to £55k and great commission, overall package and incentives.
