As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Business Support to join our team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a someone with extensive connections and knowledge of the Business Support market to make a real impact in a growing our agency, with plenty of opportunities for growth and development.

We’ve found that hybrid working suits our colleagues. Monday to Wednesday you’ll find us in our Sale office and Thursday and Friday from home, but our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.

The Role: In this role, no two days will be the same. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Business Support, you'll be working closely with customers and candidates to make a perfect recruitment match.

• Generate roles to recruit for, by meeting new customers, gaining awareness of their organisation and how we can assist their current and future Recruitment needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with your existing portfolio of customers, to create a consistent job flow.
• Working creatively across multiple platforms to grow a game-changing candidate pipeline and place them in their ideal roles.
• Be a subject matter expert in Business Support recruitment. Acting as a advisor to customers and candidates, cross selling our products and services.

The Right Person: We are eager to meet candidates who are people people and can demonstrate:

Experience in recruiting within Business Support recruiting roles such as Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants.

• Integrity:Demonstrating honesty, transparency and reliability to both customers and candidates.
• Great Communication:At all levels. You’ll be able to pick up the phone and speak to anyone.
• Tenacity:Being resilient and keeping focused on the end goal.
