Salary: £30k to £40k (depending on experience) + uncapped commission

About the Role:

This is more than just a billing role - it's a stepping stone to leadership.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a warm desk within the education sector (primary, secondary or SEND)
• Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals
• Delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences
• Mentoring junior consultants and supporting their development
• Contributing to the strategic growth of the Ellesmere Port branch
