Euro London Appointments is hiring! We’re on the lookout for experienced 360 Recruiters to join our specialist Sales & Marketing and/or IT Recruitment teams. You’ll be placing top multilingual talent into exciting roles across global markets and fast-growing industries.

Location: Central London (Hybrid model)

The Role

As a 360 Consultant, you’ll take charge of the full recruitment cycle—from winning new business to placing high-quality candidates—with the backing of an experienced team and a hands-on Director.

You’ll recruit for a wide range of positions, including:

Sales – Account Executives, Business Development Managers, Sales Directors

Marketing – Digital Marketing Executives, CRM Specialists, Content Managers

IT/Tech – IT Support, Software Developers, Technical Product Owners, Data Analysts

Your clients will include dynamic start-ups, ambitious scale-ups, and major international brands, ensuring variety and opportunity on your desk every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and convert job leads into live roles
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with hiring managers
• Present and negotiate competitive terms with clients
• Manage the entire candidate journey, from first contact to offer and onboarding
• Strategically grow your desk with a clear path to promotion

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English and another European language
• 2+ years' experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships
• Tenacious, ambitious, and collaborative mindset
• Strong communication and IT skills
