The Role

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with:

• At least 3 years' experience in recruitment.
• A proven track record of annual billings over £100,000
• The hunger and self-discipline to thrive in a hybrid setup (2 days in our Chichester office, 3 days remote-based on consistent performance).

What You'll Get

• Competitive starting salary from £25,000 per annum.
• Uncapped commission, no thresholds - earn from your first placement.

Realistic OTE:

• Year 1: £35,000 - £45,000
• Year 2: £45,000 - £55,000
• Year 3: £60,000+

Flexible hybrid working-with a central office steps away from shops, cafés, salons, and everything Chichester has to offer.

Short workweek:

• Monday-Thursday: 08:30-17:30
• Fridays: 08:30-13:00

• 20 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays
• Paid Christmas shutdown
