?? About the Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take the lead on a warm desk filled with REED-exclusive accounts, while also driving new business development to grow your portfolio. You’ll work with a wide range of clients, from SMEs to large corporates, placing top-tier finance professionals in roles that make a real impact.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and growing a busy Accountancy & Finance desk
• Building strong relationships with existing REED accounts
• Proactively developing new business opportunities through networking, calls, and meetings
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Mentoring junior consultants and sharing your expertise
