Senior Recruitment Consultant

Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step to Senior Consultant level, or a Senior Consultant looking for a fresh and exciting challenge.

You'll be joining an established team in a growing branch (open for nearly a year), inheriting a warm desk and the chance to work across a wide geographical patch including Newport and Cardiff, with minimal restrictions on temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous recruitment experience is essential - this is a must to progress to the interview stage.
• A strong track record in business development and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and employment legislation.
• Confident with pay/charge rates, competitive margins, and exceeding £150k+ in annual billings.

Package:

• Basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
• Uncapped bonus structure to reward high performance.
