Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Tradewind Recruitment is hiring experienced recruiters to join our Manchester team - the second largest and one of the most successful offices in our network. • £35,000 - £60,000 basic salary, depending on experience and previous billings
• Uncapped commission with no threshold - earn from your first placement

Your Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you'll take ownership of building and growing your own education desk. You will:

• Manage and grow relationships with schools across Greater Manchester and the North West
• Meet billing targets and take full control of your pipeline
• Guide clients through the recruitment process with professionalism and expertise
• Uphold high safeguarding standards

Who We're Looking For:

Please note: This role requires a minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

• Proven in meeting or exceeding billing targets
