The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant:
You’ll be trusted to run your own desk, build your own client base, and drive results. Expect variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact.

• Own your desk and hit your targets
• Use marketing, social media, and competitor insights to win new business
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with precision and pace
• Deliver honest, consultative advice to clients and candidates alike
• Negotiate fees and terms with confidence and commercial awareness
