Senior Recruitment Consultant

Are you an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant based in the South Yorkshire area? Do you have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, driver regulations, and legal compliance within the transport sector?

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join an established recruitment agency where you’ll manage your own profitable desk while being fully supported by an experienced team, solid infrastructure, and a positive working environment.

This is a full 360 recruitment role, combining business development, client management, and administration. You’ll be responsible for:

* Generating new business through proactive sales and cold calling

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement

* Handling urgent and reactive staffing requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

* Have proven experience in driving or industrial recruitment

* Be confident managing pay rates, charge rates, GP, and margins

* Possess strong organisational and communication skills

* Remain calm and effective under pressure

* Demonstrate solid knowledge of temporary recruitment processes, RTW (Right to Work) legislation, and driver compliance regulations
