FYBA is a growing built environment recruitment specialist. We give experienced consultants the freedom to build their market properly, work across both contract and permanent recruitment, and fully support clients without unnecessary internal handoffs.
This could suit someone currently working in a larger recruitment business who feels restricted by rigid processes, desk boundaries, limited flexibility or commission structures that do not properly reward performance.
Realistic earning potential:
We prefer to be open about earnings rather than use generic best-case figures.
A good recruiter can earn around £70k OTE. A great recruiter can earn around £100k OTE. A top-level recruiter can earn £120k+ OTE.
With uncapped commission and no threshold, your earnings are directly linked to your performance.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who wants more ownership, flexibility and reward.
You may already be a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, 360 Consultant, Account Manager or Principal Consultant looking for a more entrepreneurial environment.
Experience in built environment, infrastructure, technical, would be beneficial but it is not essential.
What matters most is that you can build relationships, develop business, manage a recruitment process properly and want to grow with the business.
