Crem Recruitment is a well-established independent recruitment agency supplying temporary and permanent staff across the Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics and Commercial sectors throughout the region.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Newmarket headquarters.
This role will be primarily focused on the Industrial temporary recruitment sector, managing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities and ensuring the successful delivery of temporary staffing solutions to our clients.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, sourcing and placing temporary workers, growing your desk and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
· Managing and developing relationships with existing clients
· Generating new business opportunities through sales activity, networking and client visits
· Sourcing, interviewing and registering temporary workers
· Filling daily, weekly and ongoing temporary staffing requirements
· Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
· Conducting regular client service calls and site visits
· Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels
· Ensuring compliance, right-to-work checks and accurate record keeping
· Monitoring attendance, performance and worker engagement
· Working towards and exceeding agreed KPIs, sales and revenue targets
· Providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has previous recruitment consultancy experience, ideally within a fast-paced Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics or Temporary Recruitment environment
· Enjoys business development and building long-term client relationships
· Is commercially focused and motivated by targets and results
· Has excellent communication and organisational skills
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment
· Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service
· Is driven, resilient and ambitious
What We Offer
· £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (Neg DOE)
