This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established desk while helping drive the growth of our temporary division within a supportive, energetic, and entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

As a Temporary Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

* Developing and growing new and existing client relationships

* Winning new business through proactive sales activity

* Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification through to placement

* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing temporary workers

* Managing client and candidate relationships to ensure exceptional service

* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and opportunities

* Ensuring compliance and onboarding processes are completed efficiently

* Industrial, Transport & Logistics sector

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience within recruitment, ideally specialising in temporary placements

* Strong business development and relationship-building skills

* A motivated and target-driven approach

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

* Full UK driving licence preferred
