What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own specialist market, developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Winning new business and developing new client relationships

* Growing and managing existing accounts

* Building networks of high-quality candidates within your specialist market

* Managing recruitment campaigns from initial brief through to successful placement

* Negotiating terms, fees and offers

* Becoming a trusted advisor to clients through market insight and recruitment expertise

* Building your personal brand through LinkedIn and networking

* Attending client meetings, networking events and industry conferences

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

* At least 3 years' experience in recruitment

* A proven track record of consistent billing and business development

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* A commercial mindset with a passion for winning business

* A proactive, ambitious and competitive attitude

* A desire to continue progressing your career within a growing business

Experience within the property, housing, construction or public sector recruitment markets would be advantageous but isn't essential.
