Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll have ownership over your market and take an important role in our continued growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Business Development

* Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.

* Build and cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

* Successfully manage and grow key client accounts.

* Help define the company’s direction by providing valuable insights and ideas.

Recruitment Strategy and Execution

* Build and manage your own recruitment desk, covering both temporary and permanent roles.

* Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates for blue-collar and white-collar positions.

* Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to placement.

* Negotiate confidently with both clients and candidates.

* Expand and maintain an extensive, high-quality candidate and client network.

Leadership and Collaboration

* Share expertise with junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.

* Help foster a positive team dynamic and ensure our commitment to inclusivity and equality.

Day-to-Day Life at Jones Taylor Recruitment

* Develop and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates.

* Conduct meetings, negotiate terms, and consult with potential clients.

* Competitive base salary of £36,000 – £45,000
