Key Responsibilities:

* Taking greater ownership of a desk, with increased autonomy over strategy and approach

* Growing existing client relationships while proactively developing new business

* Supporting and informally mentoring junior colleagues as the team expands

* Consistently delivering against billing targets in line with the business's growth plans

* Building a reputation as a go-to specialist within your market

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a consistent and growing billing history

* Strong business development skills, with the confidence to build new client relationships

* Sector specialism relevant to our client's market (details available on application)

* Genuine ambition to progress toward Principal or Managing Consultant level

* A collaborative approach, with an interest in supporting others as the team grows
