£27,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission & Car Allowance

Search, one of the largest UK recruitment agencies is expanding its Dundee office. Based in the heart of Dundee along the Tay at City Quay. The opportunity will provide industry leading training from our L&D Team to progress into management, work alongside a well established and successful team and develop relationships with some of the UK's top clients!

We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join the below divisions:
White Collar Construction
Blue Collar Construction
Commercial

This role would suit a Senior Consultant who has aspirations to progress into a Management role. You will inherit lots of existing client relationships and be a key biller in the team, leading from the front with new business development. This desk is warm and we have the clients and candidates to work with, we just need someone who has the ability to expand on those relationships.

Who are we looking for?
• Previous experience within a 360 recruitment or billing role
• Highly ambitious individuals who are keen to progress and succeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to build relationships & rapport with candidates & clients
• Experience in working towards targets
• And be able to remain motivated & resilient at all times
