Overview:
Precedo Healthcare are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant, with a view to fast track promotion to manager within 6 -12 months. This is not a 360 role as you will have the added benefit of your own recruitment team, with NO ON CALL.

While we are keen to speak with experienced recruitment consultants ideally from a healthcare background. We will also happily cross train from any volume temp sector such as Catering, Teaching, Industrial or Construction etc.

Our recruitment consultants provide Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to a variety of care services every day, for both short and long term assignments.

Overview *

Strong sales or recruitment background- You will have a successful sales consultant or recruitment consultant background and able to work with a mixture of new business calling and managing existing relationships

Placing live candidates into available shifts

Contract negotiations with clients- New Business and re- negotiation of existing contracts

Ongoing customer service with both candidates and our clients
