The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and tenacious Recruitment Consultant

to join our growing team in Central Leeds. With significant investment planned across the business, we

are keen to speak to Consultants who have experience working across any industry but a background within either; E-Mobility, Renewable Energy, Life Sciences, Engineering & Construction, Environmental, Industrial Manufacturing, Logistics or Automation & Robotics, would be desirable, but not essential.

Role and Responsibilities

Our consultants operate globally; in this role you will be focused initially on mid-senior level hires working as part of a team of Executive Search specialists in a high performance, collaborative and supportive environment. Leveraging an established reputation within our specialist markets, you will receive guidance and strategic support and training to build your desk, utilizing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Talent Insights and our automated business development software. The role is a 360-consultant role, supported by central functions in research, business development and operations; with a clear training, development and progression plan from day one.
