As a business we have experienced extraordinary growth and are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with proven 360 billing abilities to join our UK office based by Gatwick!

You will need to be confident building lasting relationships with clients/candidates and be able to advise and negotiate, along with managing the full recruitment process. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skillset with the addition of high commission and potential future career development.

The Role:
Effectively run and maintain a 360 desk in your vertical
Consistently and actively network
Cross-sell Albion Rye services
Remain up-to-date with market news and events
Maintain a high level of business development
Provide support across the sales floor

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven and consistent 360 biller
Experience in a high-calibre industry, working with senior roles
Willingness to support all members of the sales floor in order to aid success
Motivated to progress
Has the drive to learn and adopt leadership mentality
